CMA Introduces New Water Softener System

CMA Dishmachines is pleased to announce the launch of the new CMA Water Softener System, a highly requested addition to CMA’s lineup of warewashing equipment and accessories.

Hard water is one of the most common challenges in commercial kitchens. Over time, mineral buildup can contribute to spotting, scale accumulation, inconsistent rinse results, and added maintenance demands. The new CMA Water Softener System is designed to help address these issues by supporting cleaner rinse performance and helping protect dishmachines from the effects of hard water.

The system includes the KineticoPRO CC206c Compact Commercial Softener, a CC-Series Install Kit, and a CC Three-Way Bypass Valve. It is designed for use with CMA undercounter, door-type, and conveyor dishmachines, making it a practical solution for a wide range of foodservice operations.

One of the key advantages of the CMA Water Softener System is its non-electric twin-tank operation, which allows for continuous soft water even during regeneration. Its compact footprint also makes it easier to install in busy commercial environments where space is often limited.

For restaurants, bars, cafeterias, hotels, schools, healthcare facilities, and other foodservice operations, water quality plays an important role in daily warewashing performance. By helping reduce the impact of hard water, the CMA Water Softener System can support more consistent results, reduce unnecessary downtime, and help dishmachines perform reliably shift after shift.

The launch of this new system reflects CMA’s continued commitment to providing high-quality equipment and service for the foodservice industry. Since the early 1970s, CMA Dishmachines has focused on innovative warewashing solutions, manufacturing high-temperature and low-temperature dishmachines, glasswashers, and warewashing equipment from its facility in Cerritos, California.

The CMA Water Softener System is now available as part of CMA’s product lineup.

Being reckless about cleaning efforts won’t just cost you regular customers – it will get you in trouble with the government for not abiding by the law. The National Sanitation Federation (NSF) and local governments developed very strict sanitization guidelines when it comes to commercial dishwashers.

A commercial dishwasher must operate strongly and efficiently enough to remove all bacteria from dirty dishes, utensils and cookware and to sanitize the dishes. These sanitation regulations resulted in the development of two types of commercial dishwashers: High-Temperature & Low-Temperature.
